These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the PeptiMart website at peptimart.co and related services operated by Pepguard Research LLC ("PeptiMart," "we," "our," or "us").

We do not provide usage instructions, dosing guidance, reconstitution guidance for personal use, administration instructions, treatment protocols, or any other information relating to human or animal use.

PeptiMart does not provide medical, clinical, dosing, administration or veterinary advice. Products must not be used in or administered to humans or animals.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials, wallet access, order access links, and authentication factors associated with your use of the website.

You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, order, or payment method.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe credentials have been compromised or used in violation of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeptiMart and its officers, members, managers, employees, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, research results, or business interruption.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, products, or the website will not exceed the amount you paid to PeptiMart for the specific order giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event, or one hundred United States dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
